This is the second prowler hull i have built . this one has one of my 28cc modded engines in it .. I built this hull, engine and some of the hardware on this boat. it has a 231 4 port , modded engine . this video is of the first time started since finishing .. Thx doug so what i have read on the two you say the prowler is the better one to go with and do this boat need any thing done to the bottom or just leave it flat?.
